Work is completed by independent local Sports Court Installations in and around Greater Richmond, Virginia, including Chesterfield County, Henrico County, Goochland County, Hanover County and Powhatan County. We review your request and arrange for a suitable Sports Court Installation to contact you with a quote and availability.
Scope of Service
We facilitate introductions between property owners and independent sports court professionals. We do not perform construction work, provide warranties, or guarantee project outcomes.
You remain responsible for verifying credentials, reviewing quotations, and entering into direct agreements with the professional who contacts you. We do not control their pricing, scheduling, or work quality.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, project scope, and contact details. Misrepresentation may delay or prevent us from arranging a suitable professional.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and permissions for work on your property. The professional you engage will advise on local requirements during the quotation process.
Referral Fees and Relationships
We may receive referral fees from professionals in our network when projects proceed. This arrangement does not affect the quotation you receive or the terms you negotiate directly with the professional.
Professionals in our network operate as independent businesses. We do not employ them, direct their work, or assume liability for their actions.
Limitation of Liability
We provide referrals in good faith but make no guarantees about project outcomes, timelines, or professional performance. Our liability is limited to facilitating the initial introduction.
Any disputes regarding work quality, pricing, or project completion are between you and the professional you engage. We are not party to those agreements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Richmond, Virginia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
